Orion is killed

Artemis returns, weeping

Over her lost friend

Mother to monsters,

Echidna, the scary one,

was trapped in a cave.

The great Minotaur

was roaming inside a maze,

killed by Prince Theseus.

The god of the sea

created horses from foam

and brother of Zeus.

The thunder god Zeus

Lord of the gods and thunder

Rules Mount Olympus

Perseus Jackson

Retrieved Zeus's thunderbolt

On summer solstice

-- Nathaniel

White snow glistens,

While Artemis is not cold,

She hunts for boar [to be revised]

Selene rides the moon,

Dim, gentle, and cool,

She is the moon. [to be revised]

The Titan lord,

Is evil, can't you see,

Is nowhere in me. [to be revised]

The moon shines brightly

while a shimmering silver arrow

from Artemis's bow

Merry young Hermes

born in peace, on Mount Cyllene,

next stealing some cows

-- Morgan

Minotaur

Amazing power

With horns on top of its head

It can ram you HARD!

Cronos/Tartarus

Cronos the very evil

Stuck in Tartarus the most

Deep pit in the world

Centaur

Incredibly fast,

Beyond belief and human

Power and strength

Summer turns to fall,

As Proserpine joins Pluto,

And as Ceres weeps.

Helios jumps on

His chariot of golden

light, shining proudly

Paris gives the gold

apple to Aphrodite

Troy, destroyed, crumbles.

One or the Other

Presumptions are made,

When you are in power

Scheming is seen everywhere

Decisions are without base

Images of allies warp

Your friends are in question

Power becomes more important than anything

Someone must come wake you up

To see the world as it really is

To be free of your power.

Aphrodite rose

out of the sparkling water

on a cloud of foam

Kronos, god of time

Reappearing bit by bit

Is seeking revenge

Look! Poseidon, look!

Percy has come up to give

What belongs to Zeus

Hades do you know

Percy shall come for the bolt

So watch your temper

Boy vs. God

There was once a god who was thought to be unstoppable;

Defeat by a 12-year-old boy was thought to be impossible.

The boy had courage, confidence, against his opponent, a mighty tower;

But in the end the great god was no match for the little boy's power.

The boy won and the god lost, so he disappeared to Mt. Olympus;

Three ladies came down wondering what is all this fuss?

The boy gave them a thunderbolt to give Zeus, the story goes;

The mighty, mighty king of all the gods and Son of Kronos.
